Qualifications

• Must be POST certified.

Responsibilities

• Routinely inspects district facilities to prevent/detect vandalism, burglary, arson, theft, and other unlawful activities.
• Responds to emergency calls for service and to alarm activations.
• Patrols district facilities, grounds, and parking lots in assigned area to deter truancy and suspicious activity.
• Arrests suspects, enforces laws and district policies, and coordinates with other agencies as needed.
• Documents all activities with daily written or computer-generated reports.
