Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid SC Driver's License.
• Physically able to lift 75 pounds.
• Able to bend, stoop, and climb ladders.
• Able to work in adverse conditions including heat, cold, dust, and wet conditions.
• Able to operate a computer.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Fire Marshall inspections with the state Fire Marshal and resolve violations with administration and maintenance staff.
• Maintain/repair fire alarm systems.
• Schedule fire alarm inspections and repair deficiencies; maintain/repair and install security systems.
• Maintain/repair intercom systems.
• Install/maintain sound systems for football, baseball, softball fields and multi-purpose rooms.
• Maintain/repair scoreboards for football, basketball, baseball, and softball fields.
• Schedule fire sprinkler and fire pumps annual inspections and repairs.
• Maintain/repair/install bus camera systems and IP cameras.
