• Leading educational quality and modeling best practices across the school
• Supporting and mentoring educators to deliver outstanding learning experiences
• Partnering with the School Manager to deliver exceptional education and family experience
• Overseeing child protection, safety, compliance, and educational standards
• Supporting daily planning, ratios, and classroom organization
• Building strong, trusting relationships with families
• Stepping into leadership when needed to ensure continuity and high standards
