N Family Club in Forest Hill is seeking an Early Years Educator for a 20-hour role (11am-3pm, Mon-Fri). You’ll nurture curiosity, deliver the N Curriculum through play, and advance your career with industry-leading training, coaching, and resources.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through the N Curriculum via play-based activities.
• Support daily routines from meals to naptimes.
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans.
• Conduct observations, assessments, and planning for key children, building relationships with families.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment.
• Embed policies and contribute to daily practice.

Our Early Years Educators should have…

• Experience working with children in an early years environment
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train
  Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
• A team player with a can‑do attitude and positive mindset
• Confident communicator with a love for customer service
