• Advise Superintendent on staffing, security needs, and department performance; develop policies aligned with district goals.
• Lead and coordinate compliance with TCOLE standards; collaborate with district leadership and legal counsel on reorganizations.
• Promote ethical conduct and accountability; establish procedures for use of force, searches, and arrests.
• Coordinate with campus principals and departments on access control, safety, and events; support the District Guardian Program.
