Qualifications

• High school diploma with an approved training program.
• 5-7 years of extensive maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience performing skilled electrical work within a school district or similar facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled electrical work on wiring, panels, lighting, and controls.
• Conduct preventative electrical maintenance on system components.
• Assist with HVAC tasks including installation and service of cooling equipment and pumps.
• Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely while keeping workspaces orderly.
• Respond to emergencies, power failures, and storm-related issues.
• Order materials and estimate labor for assigned tasks.
