The Bethlehem Area School District seeks an experienced Electrician to perform electrical maintenance, repairs, installations, and related work across district facilities. This is a full-year, 12-month position, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma, a Master Electrician License, 3–5 years in commercial settings, and the ability to read drawings and meet code requirements. Pennsylvania driver’s license and safety focus are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; electrical apprenticeship or trade school preferred.
• Master Electrician License or reciprocal in good standing.
• 3–5 years of electrician experience in commercial/institutional settings.
• Familiarity with electrical codes and inspection requirements.
• Ability to read architectural drawings for renovations and new installations.

Responsabilités

• Install, repair, and replace electrical equipment and devices.
• Install new electrical circuits (120/208/277/480V) and low-voltage cabling.
• Service electrical connections for HVAC, generators, motors, boilers, and kitchen equipment.
• Interpret drawings and maintain safe work sites in occupied buildings.
• Maintain inventory and document time/work via district system.
• Assist with district-wide snow removal as needed.
