The Goddard School of Marlboro (School Road East), NJ is seeking a proactive School Director to oversee daily operations, guide a team of educators, and ensure a high-quality learning environment for children and families. You will uphold brand and licensing standards, lead staff development, and implement our Wonder of Learning curriculum while fostering strong school-family-community relationships.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, 3+

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field.
• 3+ years teaching in early childhood education and 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of child development and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Pass required state background checks and meet state education/experience/credential requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations while upholding brand, regulatory and policy standards.
• Hire, train, supervise and support staff to build a positive, collaborative team.
• Deliver our Wonder of Learning program to spark curiosity and support growth.
• Engage families and community to promote the school.
• Manage budgets, enrollment and resources for operational success.
• Maintain a safe, clean, prepared environment for children, staff and visitors.
