Qualifications

• Pediatric First Aid and Pediatric CPR certification maintained per state requirements.
• Successful completion of required background checks and clearances.
• Must meet state health screening and immunization requirements, including TB screening, per licensing authorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the named leader of the school, setting vision, expectations, and standards.
• Lead education delivery aligned with the curriculum and pedagogy.
• Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and licensing compliance.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop the school team; manage staffing and scheduling.
• Drive enrollment, family engagement, and community relationships.
• Oversee budgeting, occupancy targets, and operational performance.
