Job summary

The Goddard School of Bixby, OK is seeking a dynamic School Director to oversee daily operations, support a team of educators and ensure a high-quality learning environment for children and families at our Bixby location. You’ll uphold brand and licensing standards, lead staff development and implement the Wonder of Learning curriculum to foster curiosity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Director's Credentials in Oklahoma required.
• At least 3 years of teaching in early childhood education and 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Pass required state background checks and meet state credential requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Administration: Lead daily operations while upholding brand, regulatory and policy standards.
• Staff Management: Hire, train, supervise and support staff to build a positive, collaborative team.
• Curriculum and Program Development: Deliver the Wonder of Learning program designed to spark curiosity, support growth and inspire learning.
• Family and Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with families and promote the School in the community.
• Financial Management: Manage the budget, enrollment and resources for operational success.
• Health and Safety: Maintain a safe, clean and prepared environment for children, staff and visitors.
