The role focuses on recruiting and developing teachers, managing budgets and enrollment, and partnering with families and the leadership team to drive growth and excellence in curriculum delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool setting.
• Strong knowledge of Virginia childcare licensing regulations.
• Proven success in staff leadership, enrollment management, and operational oversight.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and building strong relationships with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and maintain high standards for professionalism and accountability.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain high-performing teachers and leadership staff.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure a safe, nurturing environment and regulatory compliance.
• Build strong relationships with current and prospective families and support enrollment growth.
