Children of America is seeking a qualified School Director for our Wisconsin Menomonee Falls location. You will oversee a staff of teachers and support personnel, ensuring educational programming for children from 6 weeks to 12 years and compliance with state regulations.

This position interacts daily with parents, your Assistant Director, teaching staff, support staff, assigned operations personnel, facilities, custodial teams, and an industry‑best regional support team.
The base pay range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits.
