Children of America, Inc. is seeking a School Director to lead a team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive enrollment growth across the COA Experience.
You will manage day-to-day operations, uphold curriculum standards, and collaborate with senior leadership to execute our educational programming for ages from Infants to School Age. The role emphasizes strong relationship building, professional development, and data-driven decision making, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Our School Directors are responsible for carrying out the daily tasks and duties of management, including leading a staff of talented educators and the execution of our educational programming for all programs, Infant care through School Age. You will work directly under senior leadership in leading teachers and support staff while working together in a supportive environment where you are encouraged to grow in your field and share your passion for early childhood education. Our program serves preschool children 6 weeks - 12 years of age. Programs include, Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, Before and After Care and Summer Camp.
This position interacts daily with parents, your School Director, teaching staff, support staff, assigned operations personnel, facilities, custodial teams and an industry best regional support team.
The base pay range for this position is $63,000 - $65,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits.
