Responsibilities

Your Role as a School Director:

As School Director at Childcare Network, you'll create a caring, inclusive environment, fostering respect among staff, parents, and children. Your main focus will be on safety, health, and well-being, refining protocols and leading a team of educators with hands-on support. You'll drive enrollment growth and implement enriching activities to spark curiosity and love for learning. With adaptability, you'll navigate the demands of running the school, supported by our team to run your business confidently and proudly.

Requirements

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:

  • Are at least 21 years old, hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent, are able to pass a background check, and have at least an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field, and have your Level II administrative credential (Level III is preferred). Additionally, you should have completed training in early childhood program administration and have at least two years of experience in childcare.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
  • Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
  • Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
