Requirements

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:

• Are at least 21 years old and hold the necessary credentials for a Childcare Director in Arkansas, which include a high school diploma or GED along with one of the following: a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field, a bachelor’s degree in a non-related field with 4 years of experience in a licensed childcare center, or an associate degree with 6 years of experience.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
• Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
• Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
