Elior School Dining is seeking a FT Food Service Supervisor to oversee meal production and service at Sarasota Classical Preparatory Academy in Sarasota, FL. This role requires hands-on supervision of kitchen operations, adherence to recipes, portioning and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have experience supervising multiple employees, strong communication and organization skills, and a Food Handler’s certification. Advanced degree in culinary arts is a plus.
