• Coordinate patient meal service, menu selections, tray assembly and delivery.
• Ensure staff are trained and properly staffed for Dining on Call.
• Oversee compliance with dietary restrictions and patient preferences.
• Monitor tray completion, delivery, and retrieval processes daily.
• Resolve patient concerns promptly and communicate with supervisor as needed.
• Maintain HACCP guidelines for food handling and distribution.
• Develop and communicate staff schedules and job flows.
