Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work: washing, peeling, cutting, seeding fruits/vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans and trays to/from stations safely.
• Stores food with proper rotation and dating.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Monitors serving temperatures and portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays info to supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
