Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a part-time Day Porter/Event Setup Specialist to maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the school facility. The role includes setup, breakdown, and custodial support for events, meetings, assemblies, lunch periods, and other activities throughout the school day.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and at least six months of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness, safety, appearance, and daily readiness of the school facility.
• Provides setup, breakdown, and custodial support for school events and activities.
• Performs cleaning and touch-up services throughout the school day.
• Assists with cafeteria and lunch setup, cleanup, and room resets.
• Monitors event areas and returns rooms to their designated configuration after events.
