GRBS Inc. is seeking a full-time Supervisor custodian to maintain clean and safe facilities for the Wayland Union Schools district. The role requires hands-on leadership and a commitment to quality cleaning standards.

Work hours are Monday through Friday with one scheduled weekend per month, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, totaling 40 hours weekly. Pay rate is $17.50 per hour, with opportunities for growth and teamwork within GRBS.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience required.
• Must be 18+ with valid ID.
• Customer service focus essential.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Grounded, self-motivated and hardworking.
• No theft, violence or drug-related backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Complete Building Walkdowns.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
