Job summary

GRBS Inc. is seeking a full-time Supervisor Custodian for Wayland Union Schools in Michigan. The position runs Monday–Friday with one weekend per month, 3pm–11:30pm, totaling 40 hours per week at a rate of $17.50 per hour.

You will lead the cleaning team, ensure building standards, perform nightly perimeter checks, and coordinate with staff to deliver reliable facilities services. Applicants must be 18+ with valid ID and demonstrate leadership and customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID and leadership experiencerequired.
• Background restrictions per Michigan public schools rules (no theft, violence or drugs).

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
