GRBS Inc. is hiring a full-time Supervisor custodian for Wayland Union Schools. The position runs Monday–Friday with one weekend per month, 3:00 pm–11:30 pm, totaling 40 hours weekly. Compensation is $17.50 per hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

The successful candidate will lead the cleaning team, ensure quality standards, and maintain safety across school facilities. Applicants must meet age and ID requirements and have reliable transportation to work daily.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with valid ID.
• Leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.

• Complete Building Walkdowns.
