• Order, stock, and maintain supplies; report problems to maintenance.
• Ensure building security and safety; respond to supervisor requests.
• Wear protective gear and follow chemical handling instructions.
• Shovel snow, keep walkways clear, and manage waste responsibly.
• Perform routine minor repairs and use building management systems.
