• Operate, clean, and maintain custodial equipment/tools; follow laws for storage and disposal of trash and chemicals.
• Communicate directives clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 90 lbs occasionally.
