Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Prior custodial or facilities experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and custodial equipment preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain classrooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas per procedures.
• Set up and dismantle tables, chairs, and equipment for events.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Assist during emergencies as required.
• Assist with snow removal and ice control.
• Collect and remove trash and recycling.
• Follow safety rules and proper chemical/equipment handling.
• Assist with deliveries receiving and distribution.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
