Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school graduation and two years’ custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Overtime availability may be required.
• Able to read and understand basic English and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Disinfects sinks, toilets, urinals, walls and partitions.
• Performs custodial tasks: mopping, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and disinfecting.
• Sets up and takes down furniture and equipment for meetings and events.
• Performs basic groundskeeping and light maintenance tasks as needed.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and handle simple records.
