Qualifications

• Ability to complete custodial work, such as, mopping, buffing, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleaning schedule for various areas.
• Assist with lunchroom set up and minor building repairs.
• Report plumbing problems and safety issues immediately.
• Perform preventive maintenance and regulate HVAC systems.
