Qualifications

• Some custodial experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license issued by the State of North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• S sweeps, mops, vacuums, strips, waxes and buffs floor surfaces.
• Cleans restrooms, replenishes supplies, cleans windows and furniture.
• Empties trash and polishes outdoor areas as needed.
• Replaces bulbs and prepares requisitions for supplies for coming week.
• Raises/lowers flags at start/end of day; may move furniture for meetings and events.
