Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in custodial or buildings/grounds work preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret reports or calendars.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and supervisors.
• Aptitude for ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Dusting, mopping, bathrooms cleaning as assigned.
• Disinfecting bathrooms and rooms and walls/windows as needed.
• Maintain floors, wax as directed.
• Replenish supplies and set up as directed.
• Perform seasonal grounds maintenance (grass, snow, ice).
• Perform boiler and HVAC checks and log conditions.
• Ensure security of district buildings and property.
• Attend in-service training as directed.
