Employees receive on-the-job training, uniforms, and will work 80 hours bi-weekly. The role requires physical capability and willingness to assist during emergencies, with potential overtime or night work as needed.

Qualifications

• Some knowledge of building and grounds methods and practices.
• Ability to operate custodial and grounds equipment.
• Ability to learn proper use of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
• Knowledge of emergency facility response procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior of buildings and maintain grounds.
• Perform routine custodial tasks under supervision.
• Assist in emergency situations as required.
• Report to buildings during inclement weather and provide safety for occupants.
