Job summary

Montgomery County Public Schools is seeking a Building Services/Custodial worker for Neelsville MS in Germantown. This part-time position (0.500 FTE) runs 5:00–9:00 PM, five days a week, with 4 hours per day and year-round scheduling.

Qualifications

• Completion of the ninth grade is required; a High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience in general cleaning of buildings and grounds is expected.
• Any combinations of education, training and experience that provide the knowledge and skills may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform building cleaning, facilities and grounds maintenance in schools and administrative buildings.
• Operate and maintain custodial equipment and cleaning supplies as trained.
• Support emergency and weather-related building services as needed.
