Qualifications

• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent.
• PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS: One (1) year of related experience.
• Relevant work experience or education may be substituted to satisfy minimum qualifications.
• KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: familiarity with district policies, HIPAA/public records/FERPA, and proper handling of cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, minor repairs, lawn care and routine cleaning procedures.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, offices and other areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and restock supplies as directed.
• Handle vents and ducts in kitchen areas and maintain equipment.
• Follow procedures to secure areas and perform basic maintenance.
