Job summary

The School District of Oconee County is seeking a custodial staff member to maintain a clean, safe, and attractive learning environment. Duties include cleaning classrooms and corridors, disinfecting restrooms, and keeping floors and windows in good condition.

You will be responsible for opening and closing the building daily and reporting any repairs needed. Experience in school or industrial custodial services is preferred, with safety compliance and attention to detail essential for daily

Qualifications

• Experience in school or industrial custodial services preferred.
• Technical or hands-on cleaning experience preferred.
• Workkeys Bronze Level Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean classrooms and corridors daily.
• Disinfect toilet floors and facilities daily.
• Maintain floors, doors and windows in good condition.
• Be responsible for opening and closing the building each school day.
• Report damages and/or repairs needed promptly and assist with minor repairs.
• Provide proper storage and supply of cleaning materials and restroom supplies.
