Job summary

Performance Academies is seeking a dedicated Custodian to maintain a clean, safe school environment at Middletown Preparatory and Fitness Academy. You will perform daily cleaning, floor care, and basic repairs while supporting school operations and a respectful, structured setting.

The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and teamwork in a student-centered environment that values character education and a positive culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid Ohio driver's license is preferred.
• Successful completion of required state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain classrooms, offices, hallways, restrooms, cafeterias, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and empty trash throughout the building.
• Perform floor care, including buffing, waxing, and carpet maintenance.
• Complete minor building repairs and report maintenance issues as needed.
• Maintain custodial equipment and ensure cleaning supplies are available.
