Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and shampoo rugs and carpets.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors.
• Dust, clean, and polish woodwork, furniture, glass, and fixtures.
• Maintain soap dispensers, towels, and related containers.
• Empty wastebaskets and clean other refuse containers.
• Operate power sweepers, polishers, and similar equipment.
• Move, arrange, or dismantle furniture and equipment as needed.
• Assist maintenance staff for larger tasks and emergencies.
