Qualifications

• High School Diploma or completion of sufficient education to perform the duties.
• Previous experience in building and cleaning maintenance desirable.
• State Motor Vehicle Operator's license or ability to provide own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Checks and secures building at shift start and end for safety and cleanliness.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices and more per district standards.
• Sweeps, mops, waxes floors; cleans carpets and upholstery.
• Washes walls, windows, doors, and sills; removes graffiti and cleans glass areas.
