HES Facilities Management is hiring General Custodians for the University of Superior WI. Join a premier national facilities provider focused on educational environments; you will perform cleaning, floor care, trash removal, and restroom sanitation on a 2nd shift with weekends.

Applicants should have a good work history, ability to work in a team, and the physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds; a high school degree is preferred but not required. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is a plus.
• Physically demanding position requiring endurance.
• Reliable transportation is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, dust, mop floors and clean restrooms and locker rooms.
• Clean windows and other surfaces; remove snow and ice as needed.
• Remove trash and recycling; maintain entryway cleanliness.
• Work as part of a custodial team under supervision.
