Job summary

HES Facilities is hiring for an Evening Campus Custodian (5073) to maintain cleanliness and overall upkeep of campus facilities. The role involves a full 2nd shift on weekdays with duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste removal, restroom sanitation, window cleaning, and surface polishing, with emphasis on safety and attention to detail.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and a strong work history.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree preferred, but not required.
• Experience: Previous cleaning experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, dusting, dust mopping, damp mopping, vacuuming, extracting carpet, stripping and waxing floors.
• Removing trash and recycling, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and locker rooms.
• Polishing exterior areas within 10 feet of entryways; washing windows; cleaning desks, walls, furniture, doors, entry glass, interior glass, countertops, chalkboards/whiteboards, blinds and light fixtures.
