Job summary

Montgomery County Public Schools in Silver Spring seeks a Building Services / Custodial staff member at Bel Pre Elementary School. Qualifications

• Some knowledge of the methods, materials and practices of building and grounds work.
• Ability to learn how to operate custodial and grounds care equipment.
• Ability to communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, facilities and grounds maintenance in schools and administrative buildings.
• Assist with movement of furniture and equipment as needed (heavy work).
• Monitor spaces to ensure a safe and secure environment.
