Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with children/adolescents in educational or counseling settings.
• Knowledge of SEL, PBIS, MTSS, trauma-informed practices.
• Familiarity with Boys Town Behavioral Model or similar models.
• Commitment to Catholic education and faith-based mission.
• Willingness to support Catholic teachings.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to support emotional, behavioral, and spiritual well-being.
• Lead SEL initiatives and integrate into classroom activities.
• Support PBIS and MTSS with proactive strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement supports and resources.
• Participate in SAT, Resource Team, and MTSS processes.
• Maintain confidential student records and ethical standards.
• Engage in professional development and faith-filled school culture.
