IDEA Public Schools is seeking a School Counselor to lead family engagement and the social-emotional learning program across a campus. The role focuses on coordination of mental health supports, data-driven intervention, and building authentic relationships with students and families.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master's in School Counseling and TX certification, bring school-based experience, and align with IDEA’s mission and values to support students in achieving academic and social

Formación

• Masters degree in School Counseling or related field required.
• Valid TX School Counselor certification or counseling/social work licensure required.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution of the school vision for student persistence and family engagement.
• Coordinate events and PD to clarify roles in family engagement.
• Manage campus persistence data and report to stakeholders.
• Support crisis response and connect families to community resources.
• Collaborate with Enrollment and SIS teams to onboard new students.
