Job summary

Brandywine Heights Area School District is seeking a highly motivated School Counselor for grades 4–8 to join our team. The counselor will collaborate with students, families, staff, and community agencies to support social-emotional well-being, academics, and career development.

The role requires a Master’s degree in School Counseling and strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. We promote an inclusive, supportive learning environment for all learners.

Qualifications

• Masters in School Counseling required.
• Experience with K-8 students preferred.

Salary
Brandywine Heights Area School District offers a competitive salary based on experience, education, and certification in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Master's + 30 Credits: $65,319
Master's + 60 Credits: $68,079
