Job summary

Ideal candidates will possess a Master's degree in a relevant field and experience in child and adolescent clinical settings. The position offers a supportive culture and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or family development.
• Active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Active Mandt certification.
• Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development, behavioral health, and therapeutic interventions.
• Clinical experience supporting children and adolescents in educational or behavioral health settings.

Responsibilities

• Organize caregiver and family participation activities to strengthen student support.
• Provide individual and group therapy services based on student needs.
• Oversee PBIS planning and provide guidance on behavior support strategies.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and outside agencies for student outcomes.
• Complete student assessments within thirty days of enrollment.
