Primary responsibilities include academic advising, course scheduling, graduation planning, postsecondary and career readiness, student support, 504 coordination, assessment support, transcript review, and collaboration with students, families, staff, and community partners.
Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Counselor endorsement, or eligibility to obtain the required licensure by the start date. Candidates currently completing an approved school counseling preparation program and who anticipate meeting Illinois licensure requirements by the start date are encouraged to apply.
