Job summary
The Sonoma County Office of Education in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a credentialed school counselor to join our team. A valid California PPS Credential with School Counseling specialization is required, along with at least one year of experience in a school district.
Preference is given to candidates with experience in restorative practices, YouthTruth surveys, or transformational coaching. Applicants must be fingerprinted and meet DOJ/FBI checks; TB testing and AB2534 disclosure are required
Qualifications
- Masters degree in education or related field is desirable but not required.
- Valid California PPS Credential with School Counseling specialization is required.
- At least 1 year experience as a credentialed professional in a school district.
- Experience with restorative practices, YouthTruth surveys, or transformational coaching preferred.
