You will follow the daily menu with the Director, assist with ordering and portion planning, supervise kitchen staff, and maintain allergy awareness to create a safe, positive dining environment for young students and families.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation and kitchen management.
• Strong skills in inventory management and control.
• Ability to manage food service and catering operations.
• Experience in supervising and leading kitchen teams.

Responsibilities
