Job summary

Athol-Royalston Regional School District Athol Community Elementary School - Athol, Massachusetts seeks a part-time Cafeteria Worker to join the food service team. Hours are 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with duties including meal prep, bread preparation, fruit/vegetable handling, serving on the line, and operating the POS system.

Responsibilities also include kitchen cleaning, temperature checks, receiving deliveries, and assisting the Food Service Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Citizenship, residency or work visa required

Responsibilities

• Cook and/or assist with meal prep
• Bake and/or prepare bread/rolls
• Responsible for temping all foods as prepared
• Refrigeration temps to be taken twice daily
• Prepare Sandwiches
• Clean and wash all fresh fruits and vegetables
• Serve and operate the POS system
• Pack and deliver breakfast foods for classrooms
• Wash and put away cookware and dishes
• Clean/disinfect work surfaces
• Receive and put away deliveries
