Requirement: prior kitchen experience and ServSafe certification. As a Shift Supervisor, you will direct associates during a shift, train staff, schedule work, and monitor quality, productivity, and safety.

Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience is required.
• ServSafe certification is required.
• Availability for full-time or part-time shifts.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure job expectations are met.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers and reward or discipline as needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
