Chartwells K-12 is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time shift supervisor roles at Burke County Public Schools in Morganton, NC. Prior kitchen experience and a ServSafe certification are required, with a fixed pay rate of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance and address high/low performers.
• Prepare production or sales reports to meet quality, productivity and safety expectations.
• Act as contact person for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage career advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
