• Knowledge of sanitation, food storage, and federal meal program requirements.
• Ability to prepare and maintain reports and records as required by the district.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements and supervises operation of an assigned school cafeteria for preparation and service of meals and other foods.
• Follows and ensures adherence to established regulations and guidelines for food service and sanitation.
• Administers federal meal programs and ensures accurate reporting and inventory.
• Assigns, directs and supervises cafeteria staff and monitors performance and schedules.
• Assists in preparation and service of breakfasts, lunches and other foods as needed.
